Skills

Nice to Meet You.

Hi, I’m Zack- language specialist, engineering student, and intensive learner in general. As was shown in my resume I have a variety of skills that I leverage to the best of my abilities.

Languages

As a child of immigrants it was very important for me to learn languages in order to communicate with my extended family.  This brought on my love for languages and desire to learn them. As of right now I am happy to say I know English, Serbian, Macedonian, Croatian, and Bosnian fluently. I am also learning Spanish, French and German and hope to be fluent in all three very soon.

Web Development

Through the creation of my own personal website here I have learned much more about creation of websites especially building websites with WordPress. This interested me so much I will be creating another website with WordPress and then furthering my websites with HTML.

Java

Java is one of the most widely used languages across the world and I have done much to further my experience in this language. As of right now it is the language I know most and have done the most work in. All of my experience can be shown on my portfolio page which will be coming soon.

C

While java is the language I know most C is definitely my favorite language to program in. I am continuously learning everything that C has to offer and how to maximize everything from pointers to multiple file programs.

C++

Because of my love for C I thought it would be useful to learn its successor. The way I am learning is through a major project of implementing a smart screen that will display my daily calendar, to do list for the day, and weather outside.

3D Solid Modeling

Solid modeling is a necessity in today’s workforce as every engineer is being asked to know much more than their areas of expertise. Also it is very helpful to know when doing Electrical Engineering design. Due to that I have become proficient in both NX and SolidWorks

Multisim

Multisim is one of the most powerful ways to simulate electrical circuits. There is no better way to quickly model and implement circuit design and it is coming in very helpful with my enterprise where I lead my team that is building a robotic hand.

Mathematica and Matlab

While Multisim is great for simulating circuits both mathematica and matlab are my go to’s for simulating everything else.

Microsoft Office and Google Office

The importance of both of these office productivity software cannot be understated.
